The LLC BVK was founded in 2013 and it is one of the most advanced foundries within the territory of the Russian Federation and Europe. It makes part of the commercial group KONAR, which is the biggest Russian producer of parts and components for pipelines.

The company was created with the participation of an Italian company Cividale SPA, which is a well-known representative in the metallurgical market of Europe. The BVK has advanced equipment which enables to produce high-quality carbonic and stainless types of steel for making castings and ingots.

The production technology is unique in its kind and it essentially differs from traditional procedures of making castings. Its basic feature is its electric arc melting system with extra-furnace treatment and vacuumization. It enables to increase productive capacity and to make steel of the highest quality.

The technology involved includes making casting molds using cold-hardening mixtures (XTC in Russian), so that large sophisticated castings with weight range of 300 kg – 30 tons, may be produced.

The Company is going to launch the automatic production line of small castings with weight range beginning with 5 kg.

In September 2013 the system of BVK quality management was successfully certified and nowadays it is used according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 international standard.

Every year the enterprise is checked by audit process which enables to see if it corresponds to the norms of ISO 9001.
